Kanetsune KC-200 SeriesBlue Plastic Anti-Bacterial Handle FeaturesThe KC-200 series of Kanetsune knives feature different handles to the KC-100 Series but have the same quality blade.The core of the blade made from VG10 Supersteel with forged with 32 layers of damascus steel. It is then tempered to a hardness of HRC 60-61 and the edge finished to a fine bevel by master craftsmen. This ensures that each blade that leaves the factory is super sharp and ready to use straight out of the box . The handle is made from a very durable plastic that contains an antimicrobial chemical in order to keep your knives and food prep in pristine hygenic conditions. The handle is seamlessly attached to the blade with a stainless steel bolster. Although not quite as polished or beautiful as the KC-100 series this range has been designed with HACCP environments in mind.
